I've just started my PhD at the Theory and Simulation unit and the LEEM group under the supervision of Massimiliano Stengel and Miquel Royo. The next four years I'll be studying properties of materials that occur when time-reversal and space-inversion broken symmetries are broken (Phonon Hall Effect, Acoustic Faraday Effect), always within the DFT framework.
About me, I was born in Gijón (Asturias), but I've been living in Barcelona for the past two years. I really enjoy modern and classic jazz music and athletics.
