We are proud to present the brand new ICMAB style guide

The III Libro Blanco de las Nanotecnologías (Third White Book on Nanotechnologies) has just been published — a collaborative and multidisciplinary work that explores how nanotechnology can help shape a more sustainable society.

Teresa Puig and Xavier Obradors, researchers from the SUMAN group at ICMAB-CSIC, have recently published an article about the use of superconductivity to achieve nuclear fusion.

Clara Viñas, researcher at ICMAB‑CSIC, has recently published two articles highlighting her work on boron chemistry and its applications: in UAB Divulga and in the journal of the Real Sociedad Española de Química (RSEQ). 

Daniel Martín, ICMAB researcher from the SURFACES group, has published a new article in CSIC's blog Ciencia ante el Espejo, reflecting on the sustainability of travelling by train in Spain.

The latest issue of the journal CSIC Investiga analyses the key role of elements such as lithium, tungsten and tantalum, which are essential for clean technologies, batteries and renewables.

By the end of last year, 27 new titles were added to the ICMAB library.

The complete collection of CSIC Scientific Challenges: towards 2030, the CSIC White Paper formed by 14 volumes, is now available on paper in our ICMAB Manuel Cardona library (and available for loan), in the handbooks section. 

This year the recommended books are the ones that they just read and liked. The list is very diverse, you will find graphic novels, science fiction, travel books, science fiction and much more.
