Protecting innovation is vital for turning ideas into impact. This seminar introduces the fundamentals of patents—how they work, what makes an invention patentable, and strategies to safeguard research results.
We will explore the balance between publications and intellectual property, alternatives like know-how, and practical approaches to avoid infringement. Through real cases and exercises, participants will gain the insight to apply best practices and manage research results effectively to maximize impact.
