Furthering Careers Through Conversation: Join the First ICMAB Alumni Network Event

On Monday, 26 May 2025, ICMAB will host the first event of the soon-to-be ICMAB Alumni Network: the “Furthering Careers Through Conversation” conference. This half-day event, which will take place at the Sala d’Actes Carles Miravitlles, is designed to offer guidance, inspiration, and networking opportunities to predocs and postdocs as they prepare for the next steps in their careers — both inside and outside the research world.

The event focuses on three key elements: Sharings, Conversations, and Networking, and will bring together current researchers and former ICMAB members who have successfully built diverse career paths.

This event also marks a meaningful step in reconnecting with and celebrating the ICMAB alumni community. Alumni bring valuable experience and insight from a wide range of professional fields, and building this network will help foster collaborations, mentorships, and career development for current and future ICMABers. Maintaining strong relationships with our alumni enriches the ICMAB community and strengthens our impact beyond the institute.
