Jorge Íñiguez appointed to be a Founding Member of the Editorial Board of Physical Review Applied
Dr. Jorge Íñiguez from the ICMAB-CSIC has been appointed to be a Founding Member of the Editorial Board of Physical Review Applied, the newest Journal of the American Physical Society.
The organization offers a younger point of view on science and science policy. The Young Academy of Europe is an organization that brings together young scientists and scholars from all parts of Europe that have outspoken views about science and science policy. It’s a bottom-up organization that develops networking activities, as well as advocacy, science policy and scientific exchanges.
Pamela Machado, ICMAB PhD fellow, is the new President of the Catalan Society of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (SCN2), and Jordi Floriach Clark, ICMAB MSc fellow, is the new Communication Manager. They both start this new role in the SCN2 with a lot of enthusiasm and exciting future plans!
We are very happy to announce that Leonardo Scarabelli, ICMAB postdoctoral researcher at the Nanopto Group, has been granted with a Postdoctoral Junior Leader Fellowship from La Caixa Foundation, within the Marie Curie Actions Horizon 2020.
