Abstract

Dolors will present the different tools we are using at ICMAB to promote and develop scientific careers.

Short bio

Dolors Grillo is Talent Officer at ICMAB since 2024. She has a PhD in Organic Chemistry and after a postdoc in Chemical Biology at the Insterdisciplinary Institute for Neurosciences in Bordeaux (France) in 2017 she joined AGAUR as Beatriu de Pinós postdoctoral program officer. Since then, she has been providing creative solutions tailored to the research system and researchers.
