Overview
We are pleased to announce the 16th International Workshop on Oxide Electronics (WOE 16), that will be held in Tarragona (Catalonia, Spain) October 4-7, 2009. Tarragona is located about 100 km South of Barcelona. All Conferences will be held at PALAU FIRAL I DE CONGRESSOS DE TARRAGONA
This conference will follow the successful previous meetings, most recently held in Ischia (Italy) in 2006, Jeju island (Korea) in 2007, and Colorado (USA) in 2008.
The aim of the workshop is to promote an international discussion on the progress in oxide-related technology and science, including fundamental solid-state physics, materials science issues, and advanced applications of oxides in electronic/multi-functional devices.
