The aim of the group is developing and applying Electron Nanometrology tools for Materials Science needs. New materials structure and chemical properties need to be characterized at atomic scale, in this way we make use of the advanced electron nanoscopy tools to fully characterize a wide variety of materials: semiconductors, superconductors, magnetic, metals, catalysts and bio-functionalized.
